TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you have accepted the terms of service written here.
please read them carefully until the end

GENERAL
- You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.
- I reserve the right of canceling your petition if I don't feel like drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way to me or other artists.
- By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any chargeback/refunds without contacting me first.PAYMENTS
- I require full payment before I start the artwork.
- Payment can be done via PayPal, BCA, or QRISREVISIONS
- You can ask for changes after I show you the preliminary sketch, but once I begin the coloring/shading stage I will only accept one request for minor (or coloring only) fixes at no charge. Any larger or additional revisions will incur a fee.
- For Skeb-style requests, revisions/updates will NOT be provided.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Please allow anywhere from 2 weeks ~ 4 months for delivery. Any extenuating circumstances that may result in a delay beyond this timeframe will be communicated in advance.
- Non-disclosure or rush requests will incur additional charges, to be determined on a case-by-case basis.USE
- Use of my artwork in AI generation/training or AI-related promotional activities is prohibited.
- You can use your commissioned art as decoration for your social media as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit from it and/or as a way to get attention. Vtuber/PNGTuber accounts are counted as commercial use as per they’re promoting themselves.
- Reposting of the commissioned artwork is allowed as long as credit is given to me; you may not claim the work as your own.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain the rights to all commissioned works and the right to use/feature them on my portfolio/social media/etc.COMMUNICATION

Q: I've never commissioned any art before, what kind of information should I provide to you?
A: don't worry! just send me a message about:
1. description of your idea
2. character and pose references (a few pictures or anything that have a similar vibe)
3. sketches (optional)Q: could you tell me more about your commission process?
A: description of your ideas > I accept the payment > I draw some rough sketches > send them to you > revisions if needed > fix the sketch based on your revisions > send it back to you > you agree on the sketch composition > I'll start working on your order.Q: what is the type of file I would receive?
A: the standard of my work would be .png at least 1000 pixels on the shortest side with 300 dpi, but they could change depending on your request or when the composition demands so.Q: what counts as personal use?
A: profile pics, a gift to someone, non-profit book cover design, personal prints, etc.Q: what NSFW things are you willing to draw?
A: I keep to being pretty vanilla with what I am willing to draw and if you are unsure whether I’d be willing to draw something for you, you can ask through DMQ: I want to commission something outside of your list, is it possible?
